We are starting a new Series of Chakra Meditation Music Videos. These videos will contain Sounds of an Ancient Indian Musical Instrument called 'Taanpura' or 'Tambura' . Yogi's and Many Indian Classical Musicians use Taanpura sounds to meditate and to practice.
This series is called 'Healing Tambura' . For this video the Tambura is tuned to the vibrational frequency of the Root Chakra.

What is Root Chakra?
The root chakra is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, your environment and the Earth. Muladhara is the most instinctual of all chakras — it is your survival center. Your fight-or-flight response is initiated from this chakra. This is your primal, animal nature.
The energy of Muladhara allows us to harness courage, resourcefulness and the will to live during trying times. It connects us with the spiritual energies of our ancestors, their challenges and their triumphs.
When Root Chakra is not Balanced - following issues are the indications - fear of change, physical issues of the bowel, feet or legs, eating disorders, frequent illness, anxiety and restlessness, overeating, poor focus and feeling sluggish
When balanced it supports: stability, good health, ability to relax, sense of trust, prosperity and sense of security.
How To Balance Root Chakra with Meditation and Sound? - Find a comfortable sitting position, close your eyes and focus on your breath. With each inhalation allow your breath to travel all the way down your spine to your tailbone. Envision breathing some red energy down the spine to the tailbone filling the area with red healing light. The meditation becomes 100 times more effective when done along with sounds that vibrate with the frequency of the chakra, like in this video
