The day before he began his Munich Session recordings, Carlos Cipa wrote something new. Discover "Remains": https://w.lnk.to/rccLY

The piece begins with a strong, tense chord that initiates a fragile melody, which repeatedly floats between treble and bass over the course of the piece. It always starts back at the same opening chord, as if someone is living the same day over and over, until at last this cycle is broken by a second melody that enters as if coming from another time, a memory of a better day.

The artist plays the grand piano D-232 from the piano manufacturers Steingraeber in Bayreuth, Germany. http://www.steingraeber.de
