"Where Are U" is an 8-beat rhythmical British pop song with some modern, mellow guitar sounds. Composer copykumo, who also worked on the soundtracks for popular TV shows like "Signal" and "She Was Pretty", joined forces once again with the guitarist Uncle Sam, who impressed the listeners with his arrangements and performances in many other soundtracks including for "Signal" and "She Was Pretty", in creating this trendy, modern song. Sung in JUNG JOON YOUNG's amazing voice, "Where Are U" is an expressive song that really shines light on the story unfolding between "Oh Yeon Joo" as a rookie doctor from real life and "Kang Cheol" as the main character of an online cartoon W.

「僕が君にいくか君が僕にくるか」は、8ビートのしっかりとしたリズムとモダンな感性のギターサウンドが加わったブリティッシュ・ポップ。『シグナル』のOST「道」、『彼女はきれいだった』のOST「クンクンクン」の作曲家パク・ソンイル(copykumo)が、作曲に参加し、『未生』、『シグナル』、『彼女はきれいだった』などのOSTで、印象的な編曲と演奏を聞かせてくれた‘アンクル・サム’が、ギター演奏でモダンな感性を加えた。現実世界の新米医師‘オ・ヨンジュ’とWebコミック世界Wの主人公‘カン・チョル’の運命的な出会いをそのまま描き出しており、チョン・ジュニョン特有の感性がそのままにじみ出て曲の雰囲気を一層高めた。
‘내가 너에게 가든 네가 나에게 오든’은 8비트의 탄탄한 리듬과 모던한 감성의 기타 사운드가 더해진 브리티시 팝이다. 시그널 OST ‘길’, 그녀는 예뻤다 OST ‘쿵쿵쿵’의 작곡가 박성일(copykumo)이 작곡으로 참여하였으며, 미생, 시그널, 그녀는 예뻤다 등의 OST를 통해 인상적인 편곡과 연주를 들려주었던 엉클샘이 기타 연주로 모던한 감성을 더했다. 현실세계의 초짜 의사 ‘오연주’와 웹툰 세계 W의 주인공 ‘강철’의 운명적인 만남을 그대로 그려내었으며, 정준영만의 감성이 그대로 묻어나 곡의 분위기를 한층 높였다.
