Rapper Kim Jinpyo released the new album after 5 years of presenting jp4 in 2003 and penetrated into the public. Kim Jinpyo, who was in charge of all producing processes including composition, lyrics, and arrangement of all 16 tracks, made his reckless comeback at his ‘Sound lab’. The title song ‘Galanry Show’, the 7th track, becomes more lavish with the featuring of Bobby Kim, the King of hip hop.
With the JP5, Kim Jinpyo upgraded himself as a singer song writer and made a whole balance of the album and flow at the same time, taking jabs at the digital-single focused phenomenon of K pop industry. Also, he created a new music style by presenting numerous methodologies applying Hangul.

ラッパーキム·ジンピョが、2003年『jp4』以降、5年ぶりの新譜を発表して大衆の中へと入り込んだ。 16トラックすべて作詞・作曲・編曲をプロデュースしたキム·ジンピョは、彼の作業場である‘音の現像所’でラッパーの帰還を成し遂げた。タイトル曲の7番トラック「影遊び」は、ヒップホップの代父‘ボビー·キム’がフィーチャリングに参加してアルバムを豊かにした。
キム·ジンピョは、今回の『JP5』で、シンガーソングライターとしてのアップグレードと共にアルバム全体のバランスと流れを整って、デジタルシングル中心の歌謡界の現象に厳しい忠告を行った。また、ハングルで実験できる多くの方法論を提示しながら、もう一つの音楽話法を作り上げた。
래퍼 김진표가 2003년 jp4 이후, 5년만의 신보를 발표하고 대중 속으로 파고들었다. 16트랙 전곡 작사, 작곡, 편곡까지 올 프로듀스를 맡은 김진표는 그의 작업실 ‘소리현상소’에서 거침없는 래퍼의 귀환을 일궈냈다. 타이틀곡인 7번트랙 ‘그림자놀이’는 feat. 힙합대부 바비킴이 참여해 음반을 풍성했다.
김진표는 이번 JP5를 통해 싱어송라이터로의 업그레이드와 동시 에 앨범 전체의 균형과 흐름을 맞춰 디지털 싱글 위주의 가요계 현상에 일침을 가하고 있다. 또한, 한글로 실험할 수 있는 많은 방법론을 제시하면서 또 다른 음악 화법을 만들어냈다.
