DJ Emii shows how she uses the Gate Cue pad mode and the sampler on the DJM-S11 battle mixer. First, she rapidly triggers the same Hot Cue several times before letting it play while combining it with an increasing amount of echo by swiping on the touch screen. With the sampler, she fires off one-shots to create different rhythmic patterns over the beat.
