The people following these accounts were updated about the inactivity, and I kept posting throughout the whole 6 month period. So they're pretty good to follow if you want to be in the know.

Well then. Short version. Not dead.

Long version: In September I decided to apply to the University of Manitoba (my home province) for Music Composition. That’s a pretty ridiculous decision to make considering this requires a music theory test and an audition on an instrument (I had no formal training in either). However, I was encouraged by my family (and perhaps by my own unwillingness to admit when I can’t do something), so I took my first lesson in September. Additionally, I wrote 4 new tracks to use in a composition portfolio, all of which will now be uploaded, starting with this one. I auditioned in on the 17th of February and got a phone call of acceptance from the professor 2 weeks later. This is very exciting news for me, however the intense nature of the preparations have caused the channel to fall by the wayside. Now that this is all over, I will be uploading as frequently as I used to! :)

The artwork is 'Waterloo Bridge: the Sun in a Fog, 1903' by Claude Monet. I've decided rather than using flashy movie wallpapers and the likes, I would use my channel to promote art that I sincerely admire (not that Monet needs my promotion aha).

A soft and atmospheric track, made almost entirely with Zebra 2 (and DAW FL Studio). All the visuals were pulled through by After Effects. This song is indeed copyright / royalty free. Feel free to use it for any purposes (including monetization). I do however, request that you credit me (by linking my channel if at all possible).
