Chakra Balancing and Healing Meditation Music with Crystal Bowls (1 hour).
Chakras are the energy centers in your body. When there are constrictions or blockages, you can get imbalances. These sounds can help you with balancing your Chakras. There are 7 Chakras represented by a different size crystal bowl sound. Starting at the bottom at the base of your spine. The largest crystal bowl is for the base or root. The smallest crystal bowl is for the top of your head. Another way of looking at Chakras, is that they are the doorways between your emotional, spiritual, and mental "bodies".
1. First Chakra is the "Root Chakra", is at the base of your spine. This represents the foundation, our support, related to for example our job security and how we earn a living and how our relationships support us in this endeavor. Earth (the first element) can provide this support. The biggest crystal bowl therefor has that more deep sound that is representative of the earth.
2. Second Chakra is the "Sacral Chakra" is the creative center, so associated with all creativity aspects of our lives. The Sacral Chakra is also associated with pro-creation and connectedness.
3. Third Chakra is the "Power Center", right below the naval, the diaphragm or also called Dantian or dan tien. It is where we breathe if we breath deeply. The energy center associated with getting things done, taking action. By getting in touch with this energy center, we get in touch with the power of the universe.
4. Fourth Chakra is the "Heart Chakra", related to love, and the ability to give and receive of love. The more unconditional and boundless the love given and received, in other words without constrictions and attachments to outcomes, the better!
5. Fifth Chakra is the, "Throat Chakra". Related to communication, where we speak from and where we listen, since this is also a process of giving and receiving. A problem with the throat might indicate a blockage in communications, or frustrations with communications.
6. Sixth Chakra is the, "Third Eye Chakra". Related to dreaming, imagination, visions, our mind and intellect. Blockage and busyness can become an impediment to wisdom. By clearing that area, we can be more open to wisdom in our lives.
7. Seventh Chakra is the, "Crown Chakra". Related to our spiritual connection with oneness, or boundlessness, that large mystery that we are all part of and one with (even if we don't realize it). By opening this up, it will help us feel connected with everything, instead of the sense of alienation, and separation when feeling like a separate entity on its own.
