アルバムタイトル[Starting is over]でわかるように'ゼロから始めよう'というチャン・ヒヨンの気持ちがよく表れている。

チャン・ヒヨンの初のソロタイトル曲「Love is pain」は、現在活動中の韓国大衆音楽家のうち、最近ヒットメーカーとして急浮上したキム・セジン作曲家と実力派女性歌手キルミなど最高のスタッフたちが参加し、既存のチャン・ヒヨンのイメージを変え一層アップグレードさせている。
