Chatur Navara Chikani Bayko film is based on the theme of double role where one character is stealing things for maintaining his livelihood whereas other character is a Doctor by profession and have plenty of money, but forgets things quickly. Raja use to sell stolen thing in Chor Bazaar for his lively hood. His uncle caught him while he was selling stolen things and informs his mother. She gets disappointed and pleads him not to do this any more again. Mahesh is a doctor by profession but he cant remember things. Pallavi is in love with him but he don't bother about her much. One day Raju goes to steal at Mahesh's house he shocks to see Mahesh as they both look alike each other. Will they meet each other? What will happen next?
