(total cook time: approximately 45 minutes)
1. Fill pot with water (I eye-balled it and filled it about half-way), and let it boil on medium heat.
2. (optional) Add 1-2 bottles of vegetable broth
3. Add chicken, garlic, and onion. Let everything cook for about 10-15 mins.
4. Use your veggies of choice and chop. (I used carrot, potato, sweet potato, and squash. Definitely add corn, pumpkin, celery, and yam, if you can!)
5. Mix 1-2 cups of flour (depending on serving size), and 1/4 cup water (until it's to a consistency that isn't sticking to your fingers, and roll make spinners (dumpling).
6. Add everything to the pot, and let boil for another 15 mins.
7. Add grace soup mix, scallion, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper, and seasonings to pot.
Seasonings I used: salt, onion powder, garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, black pepper, and paprika (optional)
8. Let everything boil out for another 15-20 mins, and you're done!
