Don't Go Breaking My Heart (with RuPaul) was the second single from Elton’s 1993 album Duets.
The video, released in early 1994, was directed by Hollywood filmmakers Randy Barbato and Fenton Bailey. In it, Elton and “Ru” portray various famous couples: Antony and Cleopatra, Sonny and Cher, Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson in the film “Grease”, Marie Antoinette and Louis XIV, and the farmer and his wife in the Grant Wood painting American Gothic.
