This live version of ‘Your Song’ is taken from Elton John’s final North American show to 56,000 people, as part of the Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour at Dodger's Stadium, which was live streamed exclusively on Disney+. Elton introduced this song as his ‘first hit’ - it reached No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 in January 1971 and at No. 9 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart: the first of his now 76 (the most of any artist) songs to place on that chart.

The concert featured special guests and performances of unparalleled global hits spanning five decades in one of the greatest send-offs in musical history. Elton’s sparkly robe and hat were inspired by the iconic Bob Mackie stage costume he wore at his 1975 shows at Dodger Stadium: a bedazzled version of the LA Dodgers baseball team outfits. Elton’s guitarist (Davey Johnstone) and tambourine player (Ray Cooper) featured in this video were also in his band when he played Dodger Stadium in 1975.
