Spanish poet and dramatist Federico García Lorca also possessed a deep affinity for music. Fatma Said presents one of his Trece Canciones Españolas Antiguas, with guitarist Rafael Aguirre, within the program of her debut album, El Nour: http://w.lnk.to/elnLY

In recording these songs by Lorca, Fatma says, "I was reminded that the guitar was one of the very earliest instruments in history to accompany the voice – centuries before the piano."
