Track from ''The Great Pretender'' US version of Freddie Mercury's posthumous solo project.
The album was released by Hollywood Records on 24 November 1992, for the anniversary of Freddie's death. ''Exercises In Free Love'' first emerged in February 1987, as the B-side to ''The Great Pretender'' single, a full 20 months before the release of the Barcelona album. Here Freddie's voice is incredible beautiful, touching and tragic. It's fabulous what this man could do with his amazing voice. The song was composed by Freddie and Mike Moran, and he presented it to Montserrat Caballe when he met her in 1987. Later, this song became Ensueno from Barcelona album.
