In the past year being an all around healthier person has become a big part of my life!! I've been making better food choices for myself and going to the gym a LOT more, so I thought I would share this part of my life with you since it is what I spend a lot of my time doing!!!

I know going to the gym is uncomfortable BELIEVE ME!!! I KNOW!! This was so awkward at first but once I established a little routine for going to the gym it made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident about committing to it!!
