In this haunting etude, a dream landscape of swirling echoes is created from a simple frozen obsession which gradually takes passionate flight, before coming to rest in stillness. Here, through the magic of music, just one piano and one player suffice to transport us into a new dimension and conjure up a totally fresh soundworld.

On April 4, 2015, HAVASI will present the world premiere of the complete set of Etudes at the Budapest Convention Centre. This will be a rare opportunity - the first in five years - to hear HAVASI in a solo concert in an intimate performance space, and to be discover the secret inspirations of his musical vision.
