Street band - Created by Franco Baggiani and Andrea Coppini, it released and produced two albums with Sound Records -- Marchin' the Blues and I feel Good. This amazing band, which has been on the musical scene since 1990 and is inspired by African-American marching bands, is one of the first in Italy, and the first one ever in Tuscany.
Sound Street Band's repertoire consists of traditional jazz compositions, such as Hello Dolly and Basin Street Blues, and includes all of the modern forms of African-American music, like rhythm'n blues, funky, etc. The Street Band has participated in many music festivals and important parades, such as the Viareggio Carnival, the "On the Road Festival", Elba Jazz, Piacenza Jazz, and Sarteano Jazz, just to name a few.
