[4.0]은 '십센치(10cm)'의 통산 네 번째 정규앨범이다. 2014년 [3.0] 이후 꼭 3년 만이다.
[4.0] 속 화자인 '나'는 작은 방 안에 홀로 있고 그 방 안에서 '너'를 기다린다. 나는 너의 사랑을 애타게 소망하고, 또 너에게서 구원을 바라기도 한다. 나에게 있어 이 작은 공간 안으로의 발걸음이 허락되는 이는 오직 너 하나뿐이며 그래서 이곳은, [4.0]은 오직 '너와 나' 단 둘만의 작은 세계다.
