Piggy Dolls sing about ordinary girls who are not glamorous like movie stars but living confidently in their life in their new song "Ordinary girl".

The R&B rhythm in the beginning of the song talks about sorrows of ordinary girls getting bored with love. The exciting electro dance rhythm from the middle phase, however, shows the confident side of them, showing a twist. The harmony of groove, base line, and energetic synthesizer sound features rarely good rhythmicality as existing electro dance music.

피기돌스는 이번 신곡 "보통여자"를 통해 제목 그대로 보통의 우리, 즉 연예인처럼 화려한 모습은 아니어도 자신있게 살아가는 보통 여자들의 당당한 모습을 노래한다.

"보통여자"는 전반부의 R&B리듬을 통해 권태기에 놓인 보통의 여자들의 애환을 노래하지만 중반부부터 전개되는 경쾌한 일렉트로 댄스리듬을 통해 당당하고 자신있는 모습을 노래하며 반전의 묘미를 선보인다. 그루브감이 살아있는 베이스 라인과 에너지 넘치는 신디사이져 사운드의 어우러짐은 기존 가요시장의 일렉트로댄스 뮤직에서는 보기 드문 리듬감을 느낄 수 있다.
