Owen - run

Owen of MKIT RAIN RECORDS released his third album [Smile]. [Smile] is the first album after Owen officially switched his artist name from Owen Ovadoz to Owen.
[Smile] includes 16 tracks in total, covering multiple arrays of musical genres from Boombap to singing rap layered with trendy auto-tune sounds, as well as trap. Owen not only did not miss to grab incumbent fans’ attention through his well-known paradoxical style of lyrics and style delivered with the message, but also attempted to provide joyful elements to listeners in general with different tastes in this album.
Owen produced the album with various engineers, producers and featuring artists within the scene who can be catalysts to emphasize Owen’s unique character and style, as well as to provide unique interpretations on top of it.
Overall mixing and mastering of the album were managed by sAewoo of WEDAPLUGG RECODS. Wide range of producers with different styles like ‘moocean’, ‘Big Banana’, ‘XENO VIBE’, ‘D.Action’, and ‘eggu’ participated in the album production. Also ‘pH-1’, ‘Mckdaddy’, ‘youra’, ‘hyungseon’, ‘BRADYSTEET’, ‘LO VOLF’ and ‘niahn’ backfired as featuring artists to embellish the versatility of this album.
Last but not least, ‘Milfingah’ directed the overall design of album cover and associated design elements of the physical album, who has precedence of collaborating with Owen from the previous album [Problematic], who brought out a humorous interpretation to the key-word of this album ‘Smile.’
