If Google ever merges Android and ChromeOS this is likely what it'll look like. The folks at Jide who manufactured the device did an amazing job of creating a desktop interface for Android - including multitasking, resizable Windows, and many other features Windows and Mac users expect.
It's not without problems as the apps running in this operating system are regular Android apps from the Google Play store. Those apps were not designed for this kind of environment, so while some work great others can be a bit flaky.
But the bigger issue with the Remix Mini is the processor. It feels really slow, likely because they needed a processor to hit the sub $80 price point they were aiming for. This would be a much better experience with a faster chip that can better handle the demands of what they've built here.
