So far, 2013 has been a crazy year for me filled with danger, disease and disaster. I have been on four business trips in a month which has most certainly cut into my music time (both making music and listening to music in a meaningful way). This also means I did not have the creative space and time to really do this mix justice. I apologize to Coruscate because as a prodigious contributor to ccMixter he certainly deserves more! However, all this travel did provide fodder and inspiration — like the story of the haunted hotel.

I don't have the lyrics written down as I recorded this extemporaneously. Attached as additional files are dry stems for the guitars, bass, melodica and vocal stems if anyone wants them. If for any reason you want effected files or my cuts of Coruscate, hit me up — I'm happy to share.

For now, I'm happy to upload this little track and move on to listening to all the super secret mixter delights I am sure await me!
