I shot this fragment of video twelve years ago.
The camera was primitive, not even Hi8 it was some basic Canon beginers stuff, my experience on
films and shooting was primitive but the folk fest seems interesting.

We should protect
the rights of ethnic people and respect their culture. Although Tibetians
are organized in feudal system and class order is very strong but they have
rich and diverse culture.

We should all try to understand and respect.
