Hey everyone! I haven't done much with pop/rock music yet on my channel, but it's definitely a genre that I really enjoy experimenting with. I really love this melody so I thought I'd share my rendition of it to see what you think :) For the arrangement, I made the backtrack on the computer, and then recorded a total of 8 separate violin/electric violin parts to fill in with harmonies and rhythms.
The video style is obviously much different than anything else I have on my channel...The video was taken by someone in my family (who had never operated a digital camera before so that's why it's so shaky haha) and then edited by me. We filmed for about 40 minutes before it got way too hot out and we started melting lol. I know it's totally not professional but everyone has to start somewhere lol. Even though the editing process was difficult for me, I had a lot of fun trying this out and I think it's at least an improvement from the room I normally record in ;)
