“I started to be interested in Yiruma’s music during my tour in Asia 2 years ago: I heard one of his songs for the first time in a train station and I decided to discover more about him. I immediately introduced one of his pieces in my repertoire. I love the simplicity and innocence of his style. His music doesn't claim to be classical at all cost, I consider his music a union between minimalist, New Age and pop music. For this recording I selected what I believe are the most important and beautiful pieces. This is my personal “Best of Yiruma” compilation.” – Giacomo Scinardo
