"Tornerai (J'attendrai)" as performed by the brilliant pianist Alexandre Tharaud, breathing new life into the classic 1930s hit, originally made famous by Rina Ketty and Tino Rossi.
"J'attendrai" is the classic 1937 French version of the Italian hit "Tornerai" (1936), composed by Dino Olivieri and Nino Rastelli. The melody is famously inspired by the evocative Humming Chorus from Puccini's opera, Madame Butterfly.
