This evocative harp transcription, made by Anneleen Lenaerts herself, presents the most famous theme of Dvořák's Rusalka, an opera inspired by the water nymphs of Russian myth. Discover this and more on her album Vienna Stories: https://w.lnk.to/avsLY

Anneleen has chosen the repertoire of this album to reflect her life as a musician in Vienna with one of the most prestigious orchestras in the world: the Vienna Philharmonic. The program brings together pieces that are special to her from both the operatic and symphonic worlds and, in addition to the primarily solo harp tracks, features two selections with the Vienna Philharmonic’s concertmaster Rainer Honeck and other colleagues.

Director: Florian Gebauer
