Here's Best Smooth Jazz from Feb 7th 2015. This was the show that was taken down wrongly. So I'm having another go.

UMG failed to oppose my legal Counter Claim against their wrongful claim that I infringed their copyright by playing a George Benson track.

UMG failed to prove infringement of their work by me, thus the video should have been legally put back up by YouTube in accordance with US copyright law. (US DMCA Copyright law 1998 clause 107)).

BUT strangely YouTube & UMG MUSIC have an agreement (it would seem outside US copyright law) not to put back up videos that UMG don't like. Thus breaking the code & US Copyright law. Go figure. AND THAT'S JUSTICE ? I don't understand how US law can be abused in this way laughing Federal law.

US and world Jazz artists need to be heard in the public domain by a new generation NOT because some sick US company wants to make even more money ! I don't make a cent out of this show.

NOTICE

I'll continue to fight any copyright claim thru Federal courts if necessary, for any wrongful claim that I infringe copyright. I Counter Claim all Take Down Notices under Fair Usage and as such do not need to seek anyones permission to play their work in the public domain.

More new BSJ TV shows are to come in the new season of Best Smooth Jazz. You can see all BSJ videos at http://BestSmoothJazz.com whether YouTube takes them down or not !

All the Great Jazz musicians that ever lived are icons not just Jazz artists, they should be enjoyed by all and not be subject to a man-made rule of copyright thus preventing the world largest TV Social Network,(YouTube) from playing their music for no gain by me.
