Hi here's the latest Best Smooth Jazz TV show. Instrumental, Soulful Smooth Jazz Grooves. This show was first aired on 3rd October 2015.

This video has been subject to a copyright claim /Take Down DMCA notice from @EssentialMusic who wrongly claimed I infringed their copyright because I played 2 tracks from Jeff Lorber's new album - which they sent me to play ! I have Counter Claimed this legal notice.

I've since been told they only wanted to Monetize this video - which I have no problem with at all. BUT they still bought it down for 3 weeks.

Today (26th October 2015) I received a call from Essential Music's Lawyer assuring me it was not their intention to pull down the video. So I hope the matter is sorted and I will not be subject to a Take Down notice for playing a new Jeff Lorber track in future. This program is my creative work too .
