2nd Ramadan Charity Grocery Distribution 2016 organised by Gilbert Goh. 100 bags of groceries contributed by well wishers were packed and distributed to the needy folks at Blk 22 Chai Chee Road. About 30 volunteers, some with their children, turned up to help. Many brought additional cartons of groceries to share. This is a ground-up multi racial initiative to help the needy in Singapore. It was heartening to note that 2 cancer patients participated in this outreach. May God bless them richly with tender loving care.
This is a memorable experience for the adults, many who participated for the 1st time, and an educational experience for the children.
