Panguni Uthiram 2013 Singapore. (Part 2)It was a beautiful day for Panguni Uthiram Festival, not too hot. The devotees and their support groups pounded the road in their Walk with GOD, towards the Holy Tree Sri Balasubramaniar Temple. There were not many spectators and not a tourist in sight during the 2 hours that I was there. Just the devotees, their family members and friends.
