Panguni Uthiram Festival is celebrated at Sri Murugan Hill Temple near Junction 10 Bukit Timah Road and at Holy Tree Balasubramaniar Temple at Yishun Industrial Park A.

It was first celebrated at the Holy Tree Sri Balasubramaniar Temple in 1967 when it was located at Canberra Road in the then British Naval Base. The temple has since shifted to its present location at Yishun Industrial Park A and the Festival has carried on yearly. I grew up in Sembawang and have seen this procession since I was young.
This is a lesser known festival but is celebrated with the same vigour as Thaipusam.
