Panguni Uthiram 2018 Singapore at the Holy Tree Sri Balasubramaniar Temple at Sembawang/Yishun. Festival here was lively as traditional musical instruments were allowed to be used. It was scorching hot in the morning and cool in the afternoon when the heavens blessed the devotees with rain.
