Panguni Uthiram 2015 Singapore. Besides the Holy Tree Sri Balasubramaniar Temple at Sembawang, this festival is also celebrated at the Sri Murugan Hill Temple, near Junction 10, Bukit Timah Road. Devotees go one round the temple at ground level, climb a flight of stairs and make 2 more rounds at the top. Nice to hear the chants and musical instruments being played. Festival here is lively.
